Dear Parents/Guardians,

In an effort to make it easier for parents and students to connect, your Home and School Association is planning to make a Student Directory available for purchase again this year. If you would like your information included in the Student Directory, please fill out our online form by Oct. 2, 2020. Click here for the online form.

Please keep in mind the following:

  • Filling out this form is not an order for a student directory.
  • Please know that we do not get our information for the Student Directory through the information the district collects through health emergency forms. We will be using the information you provide through the link above for our directories. If you do not complete this online form, your information will not be pulled from another source because we will have no way of knowing if you want to be in the directory.
  • Please fill out only the fields for the information you want us to include in the directory.  If there is something you do not want us to include (ex.:  Your home phone number), leave the field blank.
  • You must purchase a student directory by submitting payment to the school. We will send out a separate communication about this.
